My parents loved the cakes and tarts! I put it in the fridge and it was even more awesome today. We had a pie party yesterday which they thoroughly enjoyed. (And they don’t usually eat desserts!) Love the pear pie! Best Pie I ever ate :) Didn't taste anything like this elsewhere before.. love the combination of sweet and soft pear on top, creamy cheese cream in the middle and crunchy nut base!
