MLB Pineapple Carrot Cake

The cakes and cookies are lovely! My fav is the lemon cake, Fabian loves the choc brownie (of course 😊) Rick’s choice is the blueberry crumb pie. The carrot cake is a classic fav. The cookies are disappearing fast!

My girlfriend blessed me with 1 Macademia pear pie and that’s it! I’ve been ordering these baked for my friends and family. Her cookies are big and crunchy too!! One thing for sure - She bakes with love!

The cakes were a hit with my family and they were all gone in less than 10 minutes. I especially enjoyed the blueberry crumb. Hubby liked the macadamia pear.

The blueberry crumble pie is really very delicious! The crumble is so fragrant and the texture is crumbly! The overall sweetness is well balanced (I dun really like too sweet stuff). Thank you for the wonderful baking!

The Macadamia Pear Pie is such a unique bake! The pear is soft and the macadamia provides that textural crunch for contrast. Most importantly, it's not that sweet which makes me want to reach for it again and again! Love it!!
